1391 Myrrhis odorata (L.) Scop.

This aromatic plant has its original distribution area in S.C. Europe, from where it has been introduced into several countries’ northwards and eastwards in Europe, certainly occurring in more places than the map illustrates. It is also reported as introduced in Chile (Hegi). Cf. also Meusel et al. 1978, map p. 307.
