1532 Polemonium boreale Adams

This arctic species has an almost continuous circumpolar distribution (Hultén, Circumpol. II, p. 34, 314f. and map 26). It includes here P. boreale var. humile (Willd.) Hult. (op. cit.) in E. Asia. Some other closely related taxa are mapped by Hultén, op. cit., map 26.
