tretalig slamkrypa
Elatine triandra
1346 Elatine triandra Schkuhr
This species s. lat. occurs mainly in Europe, E. Asia and N. America. In N. America at least three taxa are distinguished, partly with well-defined distribution areas. One of them is distinguished as a species, E. brachysperma Gray, probably with considerably more occurrences than indicated on the map. In other parts of the world other closely related taxa occur. This species s. lat. belongs to the discontinuous circumpolar plants (Hultén, Circumpol. Il, p. 144, 362 and map 136). Cf. also Meusel et al. 1978, map p. 286.
