Vicia tetrasperma
1207 Vicia tetrasperma (L.) Schreb.
This species originates from W. and S. Europe and parts of SW. Asia. It has spread northwards in Europe (the northernmost occurrences are casual) and been introduced and partly naturalized in several parts of the world (see the notes on the map). The species belongs today to the (almost) circumpolar plants (Hultén, Circumpol. Il, p. 208 and map 199).
