1364 Epilobium roseum Schreb.

This species occurs mainly in C. Europe and scattered eastwards into Asia. It is reported from Iceland (casual?). The map is certainly incomplete as to Asia. In SE. Europe, Caucasus and eastwards another taxon in also distinguished, viz. subsp. subsessile (Boiss.) Raven.
