Astragalus frigidus
Mer information om arten

1187 Astragalus frigidus (L.) Gray

This rather variable arctic-montane species forms a complex of related taxa (subspecies and varieties, even species according to some authors); see Hultén, Circumpol. Il, p. 70. However, the taxonomy and nomenclature of the complex require further investigation, especially concerning the Asiatic taxa. Besides subsp. frigidus (mainly in Europe), subsp. parviflorus (Turcz.) Hult. in C. and E. Asia, subsp. americanus (Hook.) Hult. in C. Asia and N. America (separate taxa?) and var. gaspensis (Rouss.) Fem. on the Gaspe Peninsula are mapped. Cf. also Meusel et al. 1965, map p. 242.

1189 Astragalus grigorjevii Fedtsch.

This arctic species, endemic to the Kanin Peninsula (N. Russia), and A. umbellatus Bge in arctic-subarctic and mountain areas occur through Siberia to northwestern N. America. The population in C. Siberia is distinguished as A. saralensis Gontsch.
