1822 Artemisia laciniata Willd.

This mainly Asiatic species has a few isolated occurrences in Europe. Of these the population on the island of Öland is distinguished as A. oelandica (Bess.) Kom. In northwestern Asia and northwestern N. America the closely related A. laciniatiformis Kom. occurs.
