1926 Taraxacum, the section Spectabilia Dahlst.

This large section of species (agamotaxa), cf. Fl. Eur. 4/1976, p. 335 f., is distributed from NW. Siberia westwards to northeastern N. America. T. croceum Dahlst. coll. is classified among the amphi-atlantic plants (Hultén, Amphi-atl., p. 34 and map 16).
