1339 Helianthemum nummularium (L.) Mill.

Syn.: H. chamaecistus Mill., H. vulgare Gaertn.

This species s. lat. is restricted to Europe and adjacent parts of Asia. It is adventive in outlying localities in N. Fennoscandia and perhaps other places. Included here are several lower taxa (cf. Fl. Eur. 2/1968, p. 288). Cf. also Meusel et al. 1978, map p. 288.
