1419 Conioselinum tataricum Fisch. complex

Syn.: C. vaginatum Thell.

This complex includes several more or less well-defined taxa (cf. Hultén, Circumpol. Il, p. 126). They are here combined in C. tataricum Fisch. in Eurasia and C. chinense (L.) B.S.P. in the Pacific region of E. Asia and N. America and also in eastern N. America. The complex is reported among the circumpolar plants (op. cit.). Cf. also Meusel et al. 1978, map p. 316.
