1885 Leontodon taraxacoides (Vill.) Merat

Syn.: L. nudicaulis auct.

This species mainly occurs in W. and SW. Europe. It is an adventive plant, for instance in Sweden and Finland, and perhaps elsewhere at the periphery of the range. It has been introduced into N. and S. America and New Zealand.
