1395 Aegopodium podagraria L.

This species probably originates from moist deciduous forests of C. Europe and then spreads far beyond this area during Mediaeval and later times, occurring more and more as a troublesome weed. It has been introduced into N. America. Cf. also Meusel et al. 1978, map p. 312.
