1795 Pulicaria dysenterica (L.) Bernh.

This species occurs in W., C., S. and SE. Europe and parts of Asia. It has been introduced into N. Europe, C. Africa and at least one place in eastern N. America. The species here includes P. uliginosa Stev., which can be considered as a southern type of P. dysenterica (Mediterranean region and C. Asia).
