1792 Inula conyza DC.

Syn.: Conyza squarrosa L., Inula squarrosa Bernh., non L., I vulgaris Trev.

This species occurs from SW. and W. to SE. Europe and adjacent parts of Asia. It is favoured by the clearing of dry ground and probably adventive in several places.
